Although beautiful and picturesque, the small and remote village of Messejana in Portugal has hardly any visitors or tourists. To change things up, I decided to make dozens of tourist products for future Messejana visitors: gloves, pens, fridge magnets, puzzles, T-shirts, caps, pencil cases, key rings, etc. Products that globetrotters are only dreaming off. And in order to bring all these beautiful products to the population, I decided to organize the 1st Messejana Shopping Festival, made for shopaholics from all around the world. With a development phase of almost two months, the festival took place on the main square in place in March 2022. All products were marked with the official Messejana Shopping Festival logo.
If Dubai can host one of the world’s largest shopping festivals then so can a small village in Portugal. You could buy screen-printed fashion products, T-shirts, bags, hats and gloves, simply everything a true shopping heart desires. So that everything is presented perfectly, a market stall had to be developed. which initially proved to be very difficult.

Project that questions Europe’s resurfacing fears of multiculturalism. Inspired by the 25th anniversary of the Olympic Games.
I drove by car from Bosnia & Herzegovina to Kärsämäki, a sleepy little town in central Finland, to open my own fashion store and sell clothes to no one.
